BIOGRAPHY

My Journey

Born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA I've been lucky enough to witness some great news stories as well as have various opportunities both inside and out of the news industry. With a performing background, I've been in the front of an audience since the age of two and have loved every second of it, which has easily influenced me in my passion for on-air storytelling. 

On campus, I’m currently a news anchor & reporter for our award-winning Centre County Report, where I am able to create new entertaining stories bi-weekly and contribute to a working newsroom. I am also Vice President of our Penn State Society of Professional Journalists chapter where I am able to collaborate with fellow journalism students in order to give us the tools for networking and experience. In addition, I am a member of the 46 Live host team and where I help contribute to the success of the THON 2021 46 hour news broadcast. In the future, I will be interning at WKBN First 27 News in December 2021.

Each story I create I find my experience and passion growing with it and I look forward to finding more opportunities that will help further me in my career in becoming a professional, well-rounded on-air journalist.
